Hans Rutrecht, MSc

Hans Rutrecht works as integrative psychotherapist, drawing on methods from various therapeutic schools. He incorporates his own experience with meditative practices and guiding individuals and groups into his therapy. Additionally, he possesses expertise in various relaxation techniques and works with altered states of consciousness, as well as in the field of virtual reality. This diverse range of methods enables him to flexibly adapt his therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of patients. He also serves as a lecturer for the Augmented psychotherapy Training (APT) of the MIND Foundation and systemic coaching.
