Transforming Mental Healthcare – From Treatment to Growth
Welcome to the OVID Clinic Berlin, the innovative private psychiatric-psychotherapeutic mental health clinic in Berlin-Friedrichshain. In our practice and day clinic, we offer state-of-the-art outpatient and day-care therapies. We offer a holistic therapeutic approach based on behavioral therapy and depth psychology. If suitable and desired, we can also provide you with the option of new psychedelic therapies - including ketamine therapy.
On this website, you will find comprehensive information about our concept, treatment options, our team, and how to reach us. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Treatment at OVID Clinic is possible in German and English. Since our team is fully bilingual, we offer both individual and group therapies in both languages.
One of our colleagues is also able to offer therapies in Egyptian Arabic and French.
Therapeutic Concept
Our work is characterized by the philosophy of not simply eliminating disease and dysfunction. We want to help you utilize your potential and resources to ultimately understand your illness as an opportunity for personal growth. By doing so we follow a salutogenic approach, which focuses on understanding factors that contribute to the development of health rather than focusing primarily on the causes of illness.
Guideline-Based Treatment and Innovative Methods
Our psychotherapeutic medicine is guided by the latest scientific research. We integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, depth psychology, and humanistic approaches.
With great care, we combine guideline-based treatment with innovative methods such as mindfulness-based therapy (ACT), psychedelic medicine, ketamine-augmented psychotherapy, breathwork, digital therapeutics, and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
The OVID Clinic Berlin covers the entire spectrum of psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment indications that can be treated in a day clinic setting. Our focus is particularly on depression, burnout, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders.
